Lucy was the most precious person I have ever had the honor to know. Although we never met face to face we became friends via telephone calls. She was my problem solver and I could always depend on her to help me. I always hung up the phone with a smile on my face. She was so special and my heart goes out to you and I will keep you in my prayers. God Bless You.
