Marlene Halsey Obituary

Marlene Scott Halsey BLUE RIDGE, VA - Marlene Scott Halsey, of Blue Ridge, Va., was called by the Lord on Monday, February 3, 2014. She was preceded in death by her brother, George C. McNeal. Marlene is survived by her loving husband, Bert N. Halsey; three sons, Joseph Clifford Scott, III and wife, Jeanie, and children, Charles Wilson Scott and wife, Martha, and children, Mark V. Scott and wife, Bonnie, and children; one brother, G. Keith McNeal; one sister, Jean (Kelly) Irvin; nine great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandchild. A memorial service will be held at a later date. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to your favorite charity. Arrangements by Oakey's Funeral Service, Roanoke, Va., Ph. # 540-977-3909.
