Charlotte, North Carolina - Martha Ann (Duncan) Forgette passed away on Thursday, July 27, 2023, at her home in Charlotte, NC. She was born on May 7, 1942 in Rockville Center, NY. Martha was preceded in death by her husband Arthur James Forgette. She is survived by her 6 stepchildren, Arthur Paul Forgette (Debbie) of Lewisburg, WV; Mark Robert Forgette (Jennifer) of New Market, AL; Susan Forgette Garnett (Joseph) of Largo, FL; Micheal Allen Forgette (Christine) of Houston, TX and Jams Regan Forgette (Daagi) of Wirtz, VA.
Martha lived for many years in the Ocala, Florida area where she raised and raced Arabian horses and had a love of animals, especially dogs. Donations can be made in her name to The Humane Society of the US.
The family would like to recognize her caregivers over the last 2 years, especially the staff of Carolina Caring Hospice for the love and devotion to giving her quality care during this difficult time.
