BREVARD -- Mary Ware Vorus of See Off Mountain, passed away Friday, March 7, 2003 at age 91.
Mary, the daughter of Dr. James Robert Ware and Eliza Dargan Ware of Greenville, SC was preceded in death by her husband, William R. Vorus; son, Henry Ware Vorus; sister, Ann Ware Boatwright; and brothers, Marion Ware and Henry Ware.
She was born in Greenville, SC on September 11, 1911, and grew up in Greenville and Darlington, SC. She graduated from Winthrop College in Rock Hill, SC, Class of 1933.
