Hi, I am the operations manager at Gentle Giant and I am truly shocked to receive this news. I spoke with Matt every morning he came into work and a truly remarkable guy. He was always willing to help and he would not have to be asked he just knew what need to be done. I just spoke with Adrian his Manager and he as everyone one else is shocked but right off the bat he just laid into what Matt brought everyday.....you did not have to tell him anything twice his ability to know the next move, his ability to get on with customers his engaging with other crew members, he was a natural.
We were all waiting for his return when he returned for school and unfortunately that will not happen.
As a parent myself, I really want to let you know how proud you can be of him, truly remarkable Gentleman and a GENTLE GIANT.
