Christmas Eve 2007

Dear Pam,

This was our time of year, wasn't it? God, how I miss you. I miss your hugs. I miss your smiles. I miss the times we spent together. And although you were taken away too soon, I can feel you watching over me. Just like always. And there is no greater gift that you could ever have given me. I love you.

Merry Christmas

Chris

Our paths only crossed a few times, but I remember Pam as being as vibrant as her red hair! She was so full of life. Words can't make the hurt go away, but Pam would want you to remember her with a big smile and even a hearty laugh. Warmest wishes to you Mickey, Deb, and Susan.

I can't help but smile when I think of sweet and funny Pammy. I worked with her for years at Lite 102.9. We shared a love for animals and for fun. She really lived everyday to the fullest. I will miss her singing country songs at the front desk and her hilarious intercom announcements. Mostly I will miss her sense of humor and the way she could make me laugh like no one else. I just know she is up in heaven cracking everyone up and looking out for each and every one of us. I hope she knows how much she meant to me. I love you Pammy!

Mickey, Deb & Sue...I'm so very sorry for your loss. Pam was one of the most full of life people in our family. Her love of animals was a source of topic and laughter. She, like many of our other family members are in such a better place without pain and suffering. God be with you all.

Having grown up around the corner from the Sigmons, I remember Pam as the pretty and slightly exotic older sister to Debbie, Susie and Annie. I recall her great love for animals even then ... when the rest of us had questions about the ponies we rented for the summer (Charlotte was such a small town back then!), Pam was always our go-to girl. I'll be keeping all of you in my thoughts and in my heart.

Pam was also my sister-in-law. Because of distance I never got to see her often but whenever I did, it was like I had just seen her yesterday. She was the type of person everyone always felt comfortable around. Pam will be missed by many people from everywhere.

I hired Pam for her first Radio gig and shortly after she became more than an employee but a great friend. Jaylan and I will miss her dearly. Pam would light up the room with her sparkling presence and no one could sing a country music song like our Pam.

It was a joy to work with Pam at Mix 106.1. She and I both liked fried okra. I would have okra for lunch at least once a week. Whenever I did, I would always share it with Pam. Sometimes I would buy an extra side of okra just for her.

We all loved Pam and we'll miss her. However I rejoice that her suffering has ended! I'm thankful for the opportunity to have known Pam.

My deepest sympathy goes out to all of her family!

I will love and miss the sunshine and feisty attitude Pammy brought into a room. Let us all remember her in laughter. I honestly can't see her any other way.

Pam was one of my first work friends when I moved to Charlotte back in 1999. We were always laughing and goofing about something silly. We even had the same favorite brand of mascara! When Pam pops into my head I smile and start giggling. I'll miss her.
