Mrs. Bell did save all of us in 6th grade. She was devoted to us in class and outside of class. I remember riding our bikes to her house and she always had the time for us. It was special to re-connect with her at a luncheon here in Visalia. She asked each one of us to share our life stories. She will be missed by so many. Wanda Russell

With deepest sympathy to all of Pat's friends, family and students - she will be dearly missed.

Dear Family of our dear friend, Pat Bell. I pray that your mom's "Ascension Celebration" was one of great joy as she entered her final home and Jesus welcomed her there. Prayers for the entire family. Sincerely, Fran Wilson (Eastern Airlines co-worker)

"Grief is the Price of Love"
Grief never ends...but it changes.
It's a passage, not a place to stay.
Grief is not a sign of weakness. Nor a lack of faith...
It is the price of love.

I am so sorry for the loss of your loved one. May you look to God for help. He will never allow your foot to slip. God is guarding you. He is the shade at your right hand. Call on him in your distress for help and he will answer you. (Psalms 121:1-8). Your family and friends have my deepest condolences.

Pat was always so friendly and welcoming. Whenever Don would have the WSOC jocks over to the house for a meeting she never made us feel like we were imposing. Her smiling face would light up the room whenever she entered.
She and Don were such a great couple; I know they are together again.

Our dearest Mrs. Bell... You gave so much to that sixth grade class. You healed us and continued that devotion as we became parents and grandparents. We felt your caring and concern, which in turn allowed us to blossom and truly grow. "Your" class so enjoyed the lunch we shared with you in California, sharing memories and thanking you for all that you gave us which extended far more than classroom academics. You were the reason I chose to become an educator. You touched every one of us. Our beloved Pat, you will live in our hearts forever.
May God bless Alison, Jennifer and your families. Your mother was a blessing to so many people.

A most remarkable lady that I enjoyed chatting with on Facebook. I met her through mutual friends at Mouzon UMC, but continued an online friendship sharing many stories and remembering our precious husband's (both passed). I'll miss you Pat, but I know you're back with Don and no longer in pain. God bless you and your family. ✝

1 There is a time for everything,
and a season for every activity under the heavens:
2 a time to be born and a time to die,
a time to plant and a time to uproot,
3 a time to kill and a time to heal, a time to tear down and a time to build,
4 a time to weep and a time to laugh,
a time to mourn and a time to dance,
5 a time to scatter stones and a time to gather them, a time to embrace and a time to refrain from embracing, 6 a time to search and a time to give up,
a time to keep and a time to throw away,
7 a time to tear and a time to mend,
a time to be silent and a time to speak,
8 a time to love and a time to hate,
a time for war and a time for peace.
Ecclesiastes 3:1-8
