Mary, what a wonderful man your dad was. I saw him just a couple months ago at the Cornwell Center. He looked great.
He and your mother had what had to be one of the greatest romances of all time. I hope she (and you) are doing OK.

Deeply sorry for your loss. Dr. Campbell was my first dentist as a child and continued until his retirement. The most kind, gentle and calm person that I have ever met in my life. He will be deeply missed.
