Robert Beach Obituary

Robert Parrish Beach II
FORT MILL -- Robert Parrish Beach II, age 15, of Fort Mill, died Sunday, November 4, 2007, at Carolinas Medical Center in Charlotte.
The funeral will be held at 2 p.m. Thursday, November 8, 2007 at First Baptist Church Sanctuary, 121 Monroe White Street in Fort Mill, with the Rev. Born in 1992, Parrish was the son of Robert Parrish Beach, Sr. and Janet Renfroe Beach. He attended Nation Ford High School in Fort Mill. He was a member of Fellowship of Christian Athletes and the Bass Fishing Team. He attended Fort Mill High School, always considered himself a Yellow Jacket even after he became a Falcon. He loved Jesus, fishing, basketball, golf, football, with baseball being his favorite, if he wasn't playing sports he was watching ESPN or sports. His greatest happiness was time with family and friends, especially playing sports. He worked and played for Victory Christian Baseball Training Center and was looking forward to playing baseball for Nation Ford High School in Fort Mill. Everything he touched turned to gold.
Surviving are parents, Robert Parrish, Sr. and Janet Renfroe Beach; his sister, Tiffeni; his future brother-in-law, Jason Nalley; his brother, Pearce, all of Fort Mill; grandparents, Sandy and Bobby Beach of Charlotte, NC and Evelyn Harbin of Fort Mill, SC; great-grandmother, Lee Harbin of Pineville and Katherine Killingsworth of Charlotte; aunts, Patricia and Ron Roof, Kathy and Troy Beach; uncles, Mark Righter and Dennis Renfroe; cousins, Joshua and Caleb Beach, Micki Panetti, all of Fort Mill, Sam, Aimee and Jeff Panetti of Texas; Amanda and Nick O'Dell of Columbia, SC. His friends are too numerous to name, but each and everyone is appreciated and loved. He was preceded in death by his brother Robert Parker Beach. The family will receive friends from 4 to 6 p.m., Wednesday, November 7, 2007 at First Baptist Church Sanctuary. Memorials may be made to Nation Ford Baseball Team, 1400 A.O. Jones Blvd., Fort Mill, SC 29715; or to Victory Sports Outreach, 1110 Doby Court, Fort Mill, SC 29715. Wolfe Funeral Home is assisting the family with arrangements.

Dear Janet and Parrish,
Oh my God!!! I just heard last night. My heart aches for all of you. I cannot even imagine what you are going through. Parrish touched soooooo many lives in a way that will live on with them forever. Just looking at all the postings and outpouring of love is a tribute to a wonderful young man who is loved and missed by more people than you could even imagine. Our entire school has come together over the death of your son. I personally didn't know Parrish but I remember seeing him at FCA and in the halls. Kids who didn't even know him or barely knew him are now missing that boy that would've been a great asset to their life. It was so quiet at the school today because so many of NFHS students went to the funeral to say that final goodbye to a great friend. I know that even more will be at the Vigil next week, and I'll be one of those people paying my respects to Parrish. My heart goes out to you and your family and you'll be in our prayers. He will never be forgotten.

i did not personally know parrish. im more familiar with his cousin josh and a few of his close friends. i know what it feels like to lose a close friend at a young age. my heart and prayers go out to the beach family and all those who were close with parrish. he is now in a better place, and though no one can understand why he was taken at such a young age - i just always try to remember and think to myself that God has a plan for everyone. maybe parrish was sent here for this short amount of time to impact others lives - from what i saw at visitation yesterday, alot of lives have been touched by this amazing young man. again, my condolences to the beach family. <3

I am a complete stranger to you. I do not know you and have never met you. However,a friend contacted me about your sons death and I wanted to express my sincere condolences. I lost my two daughters, ages 15 and 16 due to a car accident and I know your pain. Know that there is no one that knows, unless they have endured the same. I pray for you! I will continue to pray for you. But know, your son is OK. And although your loss seems unbearable, he is in such a wonderful place. My heart goes out to you.

Parrish & Janet:

My heart goes out to you & your family as you are going through these tough tough times right now and for the days to come, as I too know exactly what you all are feeling right now, I too lost a child, and lost my husband at the same time. It's the most worse pain that any parent or wife can go through, there are lots of ups and downs throughout the days to follow, but with GOD'S loving arms, he will hold you tight and not let you down. When I lost my 2, I thought I was gonna go crazy, but I prayed alottttttttttttt to GOD and asked him for the strength to get through this and he has listened and still listens when I ask it of him. I promise you, your prayers will be heard, and if GOD see's it fit to do something you ask for, have NO DOUBT, it will be done.

HUGSSSSSSSSSS HUGSSSSSSSS HUGSSSSSSSSSSS OUT TO YOU AND YOUR FAMILY, "GOD" BLESS YOU ALL.

I never met Parrish, and didn't even know his name until it was announced on the intercom of the accident. Ever since he has pasted, I have cried every night. I can't imagine loosing a child, especially so young. Just know, that the death of your wonderful and bright son has changed my life. I think about him constantly now, and my eyes tear up. The Lord had a plan, and trust him, he will heal. God bless you.<3
