Charlotte, North Carolina - Pastor Robyn J. Gool, 69, of Charlotte, departed this life on Fri., Nov., 18, 2022. Funeral Service will be held at 12 Noon on Mon., Nov., 28, 2022 at Victory Christian Center - Dome. Grier Funeral Service, 115 John McCarroll Avenue is in charge of arrangements.

I'm justvnow seeing this.i grew up watching him preach on TV as a teen and even into my late 20s. He was an awesome man and even though I was not attending the church even just turning the TV on once I started watching every time it's like I couldn't turn it off you truly could feel God through the TV and everything he spoke was complete truth. So sad to hear this news but just like everybody else I know I will see him One Day in heaven prayers for the family

Pastor Gool will be missed and was a light to so many lives.
Thank you for sharing your husband with so many people. In the death of my husband, Pastor Archie Smith of Gates of Praise Christian Church Durham, NC, Pastor Gool came to Durham, NC and preached for God's Generals Conferences(Founded by Pastor Archie Smith) and seek me out, pull me aside and poured wisdom into me for awhile. You will never know how much strength, I got that night because I was so broken in the inside. Thanks be to God for the healing oil that was poured into my wounds that might.
I continue to pray for your strength, healing and let God direct your every move and decision you have to make.

We met while students at ORU and through his encouragement and support were reunited on occasion in ministry in the formative years of our callings and assignments. i am forever grateful for our friendship and the exemplary life he lived in Christ. Please know that my sincerest sympathy goes out to the family of Pastor Robyn Gool. He was an Awesome teacher, leader, & influencer of God's word through radio, tv, online, and in person. While a member with a different congregation 3-4 decades ago, I came upon his radio broadcast on WOGR Christian radio 1540 am. I could serve as a wife and mother while tapping in on Christian fortification during the day. I can remember many times of worship at the Church In The City were I'd come to Worship where I could be on-time and he would actually be preaching there that Sunday! & The amount of men in Victory Christian Center who were utilizing their lives in the work of the Lord was absolutely stunning for me to see! Appreciatively, he was a truly inspirational Man of God with a calling to be outstandingly peculiar.

Pastor Gool carried a bright light that will never be dimmed. His voice and gentleness will be treasure and echoed throughout eternity. He will remain an awesome Man of God. He always welcomed the body of Christ without prejudices. I never felt out of place while worshiping with my Kingdom Family at VCC! Pastor Gool was the best! I knew you as a teenager. I was 13 when you came to Faith CME. You were a young Pastor right out of college. You changed my life and the life of my family. You encouraged many young people in that church to serve God and live a life as a Christian. If not for your guidance all those years ago, this journey would have been much harder. Pastor Robyn Gool was a great man of God and I learned a lot from him and I watch him from the time my children were living.And from the time that all three of my children life was taken from them and the month of March 4 -1994 and God was there for me and I remember the words that Pastor Robyn Gool was preaching about.And I have learned a lot from him until I even had my nephew's and my nieces and my god son watching Pastor Robyn Gool he was my TV Pastor.And I even had my cousin Moses Hamilton Jr watching Pastor Robyn Gool and Mr Hamilton said he is really good and I said yes sir he is and I have learned a lot from him and the words that he bought forward it hope me out and strengthen my faith in my love walk with Jesus..And I remember write Pastor Robyn Gool a letter telling him how I lost my baby's at the same time he sent me a letter and said to me just remember that it's not what people say as long as God knows and you know that you didn't take your children life and he knew that I didn't take their life and he said and that letter one of these days you'll come to my church and give your testimony. And that day didn't happen he gone on home to be with the Lord Jesus Christ and with his son and with my three baby and my mother and with the others saints of God until Jesus Christ return again for the saints of God.And Moses Hamilton is with the Lord Jesus Christ he passed away in January 13 of this year.he was 84 year old.And I thank God for the time that I got to know Pastor Robyn Gool his work was done on this earth and he has been a faithful servant of God his work wasn't in vine he has gotten his rewards and heaven well done thou good and faithful servant thou has been faithful over many things.And just remember that we got to hold on and to remember the good times that we had with our love one's.My baby's been with the Lord for 30 years and Jesus told me to release them and I did but I will always remember the good times and I thank God for Pastor Robyn Gool and for you as well Mrs Gool and I will continue keep you and the family members and my prayers as always.And I will come and give my testimony one of these days Lord willing nothing don't happen.And I love you all and just hold on and he will be great miss be blessed and the Lord Jesus Christ.
