Sarah Jane was a wonderful lady, and it was a joy to know her. I missed her when she moved from Bristol, and we corresponded several times a year. My last letter from her arrived in late April, and I responded briefly, telling her I was taking a trip and would write about it when I got home. Sadly, when I returned last week, I learned of her death. I regret that I wasn't here to honor her by attending her service at Central. Please accept my sympathy, and joy for a long life. Sincerely, Anne Corley

Mrs. Sutterlin was a pink lady when I was a candy striper in the Bristol Memorial Hospital. She took me under her wing and worked for my hire at the Bristol Nursing Home one summer while I was home from college, where I met many more wonderful people. I will never forget her, she was a blessing and a lot of fun. She loved to eat at Wendy's! I know she was missed on Holston Ave. God Rest her soul!

My sincere sympathy. Sara Jane was a wonderful woman and helped my family during our time of grief when our Dad passed away at Southminster a couple of years ago. She also was in our Alzheimers group at Southminster and always had words of encouragement for me dealing with our moms dimentia. Sara Jane will be missed.

We were so sorry to learn of Sarah Jane's passing. We were her neighbors for many years after we moved to Bristol in 1966. She was a wonderful lady and our thoughts and prayers are with her family.

I wish to express my deep sympathy to all of Sarah Jane's family. I remember her very well from her visits to my grandfather, Fred Sutterlin. My thoughts and prayers are with you. Sincerely, Agnes Cheshire "Pougie".
