Scott Sadler Obituary
July 29, 1963 - July 18, 2023
Charlotte, North Carolina - The Charlotte community mourns the loss of Scott Sadler, who recently passed away at the age of 59. Scott was born in Summit, OH to Joel and Bonnie Sadler. He spent his early childhood and some high school years in Akron, OH, but called the Charlotte area his home for most of his life. Scott attended Charlotte Catholic High School, as well as Akron University and Winthrop College.
Scott was entrepreneurial from a young age, launching a successful Charlotte pizza franchise – Picasso's Pizza – at the age of 22. Scott later turned his attention to real estate, where he built a long and respected career as a broker in the Charlotte area. He was admired by many for his expertise in real estate, which was recognized through many professional accolades and awards.
Scott had a strong sense of humor and was known by friends and clients for his gregarious personality. Scott was an avid Carolina Panthers fan, being a PSL Holder since their inception, and a lover of music.
Scott is survived by his mother Bonnie Sadler, sister Denise Sadler, and three children. Scott was preceded in passing by his brother Douglas Sadler and father Joel Sadler. The funeral will be a private ceremony with only close family members present.

What a shock to see such a great man gone. He liked my work and dependability factor as well as my honesty so he took me under his wing as his personal inspector in the pocket and punch out repair specialist. Scott was my roommate for a few weeks. I came to love the man! We use to chat and support each other via text from Atlanta to Charlotte. I´m very sad, but also happy he can rest in peace with Jesus and all his angel´s .

My deepest condolences to Scott's family. He was my realtor many years ago, I still live in the house he sold me. I had so much fun working with him, I guess we had a similar sense of humour. I still laugh at some of the things he said during that time. Rest peacefully, Scott

Scott lived just a few houses away while we were in high school. We car-pooled to school and hung out a bit. Our families even traveled together to a Notre Dame-Tennessee football game in Knoxville. I have fond memories of Scott. He was a kind, intelligent guy who was willing to let a nerdy kid tag along with him. Regards to the family.

So sorry and shocked to hear of Scott's passing. I met him originally @ his pizza place in the 80's. Then, from our days with Coldwell Banker Flouhouse and finally when I worked with him @ Re/Max Executive 2000 -2009. Will miss your energy....

My memories of Scott were from the Picasso's Pizza days, when a young guy started his business and a large group of "Browns Backers" would come there for a good time and Scott would make sure we'd enjoy our day win or lose. He will be missed for sure! God bless his family!

I am very saddened by Scott´s death. As a Charlotte Realtor for many years, I crossed paths with him many times, and had the good fortune to have a sale with him several years ago. Scott was a go-getter, and I admired his professionalism and expertise.
