One of the greatest things I remember of my childhood, growing up in York, was my trips to see Dr. Wood. He was and will always be my most favorite dr. of all times. I remember my mother asking me in the early 1970's which of the TV doctors I wish I could have. I remember telling her I didn't want any of them, I had the best doctor already, Dr. Wood. I appreciate his kindness and his love for his patients. In my heart there will never be anyone like him!! Part of the reason I became a nurse was because of his love of medicine that he shared, even with his youngest patients. I send my sympathy and thoughts to his family. May God be with you in the days to come. Thank you for sharing Dr. Wood with so many people.

I will always remember Uncle Kim, as a kind and gentle man. Though not my uncle for many years, he has always remained as such in my heart. May he now rest with the angels and once more be able to "fly" free.

Love, Melanie

Agnes,

When I think of Kim, I will always see him coming up the street, eating an apple and getting ready to do his daily walk. The two of you are great neighbors and friends. Brenda and I send our deepest sympathy.

MRS. WOOD, AND FAMILY, KNOW THAT OUR

THOUGHTS AND PRAYERS ARE WITH YOU ALL DURING THIS TIME. WHAT A TRUE TESTIMONY OF DETERMINATION!. IN THE SHORT TIME THAT WE GOT TO KNOW HIM AS A NEIGHBOR, WE LEARNED SO MUCH. ALTHOUGH A QUIET, SOFT SPOKEN MAN,

HIS WORDS OF WISDOM WERE LOUD AND CLEAR.
