I was so sorry to hear of Waverly's passing. I so enjoyed Waverly and his since of humor during my days on the Livingstone College staff. Patsy, as your former student and co-worker at JCSU, please know that you are in my thoughts and sincere prayers for comfort with the peace that passes understanding.

I'll forever remember "Junior" as he sat at the pipe organ at Mount Zion playing "We're Marching to Zion" and the picture of the choir in their brand new robes in front of the church. Memories at times can be sad, but what would we do if we didn't have them. God bless.

Waverly and I were classmates at Livingstone College and line brothers in pledging our fraternity. I have such fond memories of Waverly as a classmate, fraternity brother, talented musician and musical director.
