I served with Bill on many operational reviews in Post Offices. He was always knowledgeable, fun, and a perfect gentleman. I learned so much from him that helped me through my career. I've thought of him often. My prayers are with the family.

Mr. Lattimore's enduring lesson to me, a friend of his eldest son, was the kind, respectful, and easily approachable manner with which he treated everyone; no matter his level of familiarity.

Mr. Lattimore was a gentleman and was well respected as postmaster in Shelby. I had a personal experience with him during his time as postmaster and he handled it like a professional. Rest in peace.
