James Lambert Obituary
He was born in Philadelphia, Pa., to the late James Clark Lambert Jr. and Geraldine Conway Lambert.
Jim was a successful international business owner. He enjoyed playing the guitar. Jim was in a band when he was a teenager.
He enjoyed traveling and had a great sense of humor.
Jim loved his fur babies, Cammie and Rosie. Most of all, he loved spending time with his family, especially his grandkids and great-grandkids.
Jim was of the Lutheran faith.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by one granddaughter, Amelie.
He is survived by his wife, Pat Lambert; three daughters, Michelle Beaver (Roger) of Murphy, Christy Lambert of Murphy and Sara Lambert (Brent Van Buskirk) of Hendersonville, N.C.; one sister, Leslie Wade (Larry) of Cornelia, Ga.; six grandchildren, Brittany, A.J., Lauren, Leigha, Mathew and Flora; and five great-grandchildren, Gracie, Ramsey, Levee, Hartley and Lottie.
A memorial service was held at 7 p.m. Wednesday, July 3, at Townson-Rose Funeral Home Chapel in Murphy. Dr. Chester Jones and the Rev. Mark Alexander officiated. Music was provided by Andrew Chastain.
The family received friends from 5-7 p.m. Wednesday, July 3, at Townson-Rose Funeral Home.
Townson-Rose Funeral Home was in charge of all arrangements.
