1/22/18 - Dear Mark, Lynne, Shawn, Brian and Larry, I just found this today online. I had called the old house number a while back looking for Mark but never got an answer. I think of your Mom and Dad and all of you often - especially when telling bedtime stories to our youngest daughter Julianna. She is 8 years old and her favorite bedtime stories are about her Dad and Mark and Buddy the wonder dog who lived on North Woodland Lane. I had just told her a story last night that included your Mom. That's what made me think of your family and then I found the posting of your Mom's passing. She is home with the Lord rejoicing with Dad Hickey forever in His presence. I send you all my heart-felt condolences. Mom and Dad Hickey were incredible people with an incredible family. I am honored to be able to say that Mark Hickey was my best childhood friend growing up. Love and miss you all. Maybe some day if we get our Chicago way we can see you. Love and blessings, John

So sorry to learn of your dear mother's death. Kevin and I have very fond memories of your parents. We enjoyed many special times together.
