Alyce Vitella Ostaszewski

Alyce Vitella Ostaszewski (Indelli), 86, of Batavia IL, passed away on June 28, 2022, in the comfort of her home, surrounded by her loving family. Alyce was born on April 24, 1936, in Chicago IL, to Peter and Cleta Indelli. She was a devout Catholic, loved volunteering at church, teaching catechism, singing in church choirs, and mentoring. Alyce lived in many places and finally settled in Batavia IL, where she attended Holy Cross . She loved to travel with her husband Stan and family. Alyce loved people, and anyone who knew her, loved her. She had a smile and laugh that was contagious. Alyce opened her home to family, friends and anyone in need. What made her most happy was being surrounded by her children, grandchildren, great grandchildren and watching them grow and flourish in life. Alyce is met in heaven by her parents, her sister Angeline, and her first husband Jerry Nelson. She is survived by her husband Stanley Ostaszewski, sister Florence Render, children: Peter (Sandra), Mary (Mike), William (Lori), Paula, Vince (April), and Stace (Josh). 14 Grandchildren and 8 Great Grandchildren.
