Annie is looking down on her family from heaven smiling and thinking to herself - Job well done. She remains an inspiration and role model on how to live life with adversity and still keep her Irish humor. She is missed.

I am a patient of Dr. Liston, her husband. We were so devasted for Michael and his family and the loss of this beautiful person. I did not know her personally, but knew the Liston family and know how much she was loved and admired. I think about her often as I know how hard this hit Michael but he was always so much more concerned for his patients during this sad time in his life. Now Michael is living his life in giving most likely honoring his wife!

Ann was a beauty inside and out. I loved everything about her. She was charming and elegant and fun.
Mike Liston was devoted completely to his wife. They made a beautiful family together. Their children were exceptional and Ann expressed her love for them and her grandchildren often to me.
It is the greatest honor having an Angel on earth for a friend.

My deepest sympathy. I met Ann in high school when we were waitresses at the Pancake House in Beverly. Her laughter and sense of joy made every day fun. When I went to Loyola, she helped my freshman self by including me into her group of friends. My heart breaks for her dear husband, Michael. May Ann rest in peace.

I am so sorry for your loss. I was only around Ann a few times. It was always at a Palos function where I always felt out of place. Ann always made me feel welcome and she always had kind words. When I saw Ann at these events I immediately felt at ease. As said in her obituary, Ann was so kind, so considerate, and welcoming. I will always remember her and her genuine smile, and your entire family, in my prayers Dr. Liston.

I am heartbroken for you and your family, Dr. Liston, and I am without words. I remember talking to her at the office and told her that I was praying for her every night. She told me to pray for you because you needed prayers more than she did. What a gal! You have my deepest sympathy. Cathy

"Sweet and lovely" is how our Mom, Jane Callahan would describe Ann. We knew Ann before we met her face to face. Our Mom was best friends with Pat Liston, Mike´s Mom.
Pat would talk about Ann and our Mom would always tell her how blessed she was to have such a wonderful daughter-in-law.
We send our deepest sympathy to Mike, and his family.
We know Pat and Jim Liston welcomed Ann into heaven, and we´re sure our Mom gave her a warm hug, too.
All of you are in our good thoughts and prayers.
God bless you.

I am so broken hearted....We know the Liston Family from St. Walters and Michael is our Doctor also. He is the sweetest and I know Ann was as sweet as him even though I never met her. I just know how much she was loved by her family! Just sadness is the feeling and she is peaceful! Love to the whole Liston Family!
