I only learned today of Tony's passing. Tony and I only had 1-2 cases together, but he GOT it. He knew we were just doing our jobs, working hard for our clients, and never making it personal. Just the opposite. We could be friendly, then battle. He is a loss to his family and his profession.

Ageros Family,
Our deepest sympathy to you all. Anthony was our attorney for over five years. He always spoke of Linda and his children with such affection and that family was the most important part of his life. We shared a love for animals and he was so excited when you had gotten the puppy in 2012. We probably spent the first 10 minutes of that appointment talking about puppies. We were so sorry to hear of your loss. Our players are with you.
Sincerely,
Sharon and Ralph Roscher

To Linda, I am keeping you and your and beautiful children in my prayers. We have been through many ups and downs and we now must hold each other up through the loss of our loved ones. Tony was a good guy from the time we did our detective work prior to you having your first date to the very moment his spirit went to be with the Lord. The only comfort I was able to tell myself after suddenly losing my Dad the previous month, was to say over and over: To be absent of the body, is to be present with the Lord. I pray you see Tony alive and well with the Lord watching over you and your babies until you are united again. I love you my friend.

Dearest Linda (and for his family too),
I remember how we all met for the first time while we were stuck at Atlanta airport in the early 90's, and I could tell he was 'one of the good ones' as we say. I am SO VERY saddened of his sudden passing. Linda, like i said, call me ANYTIME! I am thinking of all of you every day. In fact, I'm looking at your 2009 announcement card with Georgie's birth and the smiling girls. May His Memory be Eternal! With much love! Mia (Zahareas) Wise

Dear Linda, Eleni, Demi, Alexa, and Georgie: Please know that I am thinking of all of you during this time and keeping you in my prayers. I only met Uncle Tony a few times, but I know everyone loved him so much. Eleni was especially excited one time I was over to show me her dad's hunting stuff! Much to love to you all and hope to see you soon.

Dear Linda and family,
Tony was a character reference for me when I was applying for the Illinois Bar. He was always willing to help out a new attorney and I am greatful for that. I ran into Tony at the DuPage Courthouse a few weeks ago and we talked about the law and our families. You could tell that he truely loved his family from the stories he told. May God bless you.

Please accept our heartfelt sympathy. I was so saddened to hear of your loss. Tony was a wonderful, kind soul who was all about his family. His spirit will live on in each of his children, and you, Linda, as you continue your journey on earth. He is now your very special guardian angel sitting on your shoulder and keeping watch on each of you. Much love now and always, Holly, Jim, Audrey and Charlie Wilson

Linda and Family. Words can not express my feelings, on Tony's passing. Although I became a client of his over 10 years ago, I can honestly say I gained a great friend. When I would go into the Chicago office, we not only would talk about my pending case(s)but also compare notes on having twins. He was always there for not only myself but for our family. Not many attorney's would come to the hospital to have paperwork done, which is what he did when the twins were in the NICU for 5 months. My most memorable thing with him was, we were sitting in the the conference room, in the Chicago office, prepping for my trial. I had found something, in the documents, that neither of us knew about. When I told him what I found his reply was, "You guys(police and fire) protect the public, including my family, and they have to go and do this stuff. This is why I do this. To protect you guys." I will miss my friend very much God's peace to you all.

Linda and Family
Words can not explain my feeling on the loss of Tony. I am privileged to have not only been a client, but considered him a good friend. He went out of his way to come to the hospital to deliver papers to me, when the twins were born and were in NICU for 5 months. I was the one that called when you were at Disney on vacation. I always chose to go to the Chicago office, rather than Glenview, as it was my time away and enjoyed going down to see him. On one occassion, he and I were in Chicago, getting ready for my trial, when I found some documents that neither of us knew about. He told my why he did Police/Fire stuff. "It's stuff like that (documents), that's why I do this. You guys are out there protecting the public, including my wife and family. I try to protect you guys from stuff like that." He will be truly missed. God's blessing to you all.

All of us at Reimer & Karlson send our most sincere condolences. All of our firm knew, respected, and liked Tony. He regularly represented firefighters and police officers before many of our Pension Board clients. Tony vigorously represented his clients, while respecting the process. Always a gentleman, Tony was a great advocate, a good friend, and an excellent example. He is missed.

Dear Linda: My son, Tom Farnell, did some work for Tony while he was in law school. He is currently serving in Afghanistan, or he would be attending Monday's service. He is deeply saddened at your loss, and asked me to extend condolences on his behalf. He always referred to Tony as "Uncle Tony", and besides the work he did for him, enjoyed many fishing trips on the lake with him and took him hunting to our family farm. He will be sadly missed.

Dearest Argeros Family. I was shocked and saddened to hear of Tony's passing. I am a retired firefighter and Tony represented me several years ago. He not only had my back, but also became a good friend. I know he loved his family dearly and was a devoted father and husband. We have all suffered a great loss.

Dear Linda, Eleni, Demi, Alexa and George - I had the privilege of litigating cases against Tony for the past ten years and despite being on opposite sides, grew to have a deep respect of him as a lawyer and a man. We spent much time talking about his family and how proud he was to be blessed with all of you in his life. He was an excellent lawyer and highly respected. I will miss him dearly and will hold you all in my prayers and heart.
