Tony was my first cousin. I am a child of his late Uncle Chris Tondola who was sister of his mother, Florence Tondola Cozzi.
My husband Jack and I have fond memories of him especially when we lived in the Edgebrook neighborhood of Chicago where he would visit us and our little ones. He was kind to us and great fun to talk to. I am sorry to just learn of his passing, and wanted to pay my respects to a good person. Prayers to the family.

Dear Cozzi Family,
I am so sorry to hear of the passing of Anthony (Tony?). I believe he may have been a relative to my family! My name is Nancy Meyer Rusin and I was born and raised in the Chicago/Oak Lawn area. My mother is Rosemary Cozzi Meyer, her parents are Frank and Mary Cozzi. They built a home in Hazel Crest and my grandfather owned Roseland Roofing and Siding for many years. My grandparents celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary at St. Anne's church in Homewood, and had a reception at Cavallini's in Midlothian. I believe Florence and Anthony Sr. participated . . . I also recall a "Pat" living near Roberts Road, and visiting there with my grandparents, Not sure if this is the same family. . . If it is, and you feel comfortable. please e -mail me at:
