My dear Cele, Joanne and Don,
Words cannot express how I felt when I read the death notice about your dad. He was a wonderful man and an excellent physician. We had great memories of all the Shapiro's on Colfax Avenue.
Love and hugs,

I am so sorry to hear about your dad and grandfather. He was such a kind man. My mom was lucky to have had him, and your mom, as a neighbor. My husband and daughters join me in sending our deepest sympathies.
