Barbara Murphy Rozner

Artist and former shopkeeper at the Vintage Cottage In Western Springs, passed away peacefully near her home in Oak Brook on August 1 after a long battle with PSP, a rare form of Parkinson's. She was often seen with her loyal Newfoundlands, and loved life on the Leelanau Peninsula in northern Michigan. She held many art, antique, and holiday events in the area, and loved helping artists find their way. She was a true force of nature, and whether she was making her hometown a better place or helping struggling students as president of the LTHS parent council, Barb was always ready to lend a helping hand. She is survived by her husband Jack, daughter, Meagan, and many friends and family members.
