Betty H. Eggert, 79, of Chicago, passed away May 12, 2005 after a long struggle with Parkinson's Disease. Former school teacher at St. John's Ev. Lutheran Church (Mayfair). Beloved wife of the late Wilbur; dear mother of Mark (Patricia), Nancy and Jeffrey (Kimberly); loving grandmother of Cheryl, Jonathon, Jenna and Bradley; great-grandmother of Ragan. Visitation Sunday 3 to 9 p.m. at Nelson Funeral Home, 820 Talcott Rd. (at Cumberland), Park Ridge. Funeral Monday 8:45 a.m. from the funeral home to St. John's Ev. Lutheran Church, 4939 W.
