Beb Spevak was one of the kindest and most thoughtful people I have ever known. I grew up next door and was close in age to her daughters, Pam and Kim, and probably spent almost as much time at the Spevak family home as I did at my own home! Bev always had kind words, warm soup, and endless patience. For 50 years she has been sending me cards on my birthday---a very thoughtful woman indeed. I have a feeling that Bev knew how special and loved she was, but her passing is a reminder to make certain to tell our family and friends how much we love them when we have the chance. She will be deeply missed, and my heart goes out to her wonderful and loving family.

Aunt Bev was an amazing woman. Always smiling and welcoming family and friends. A true joy to be around. She will greatly be missed. Uncle Otto, Aunt pam and Kimmie...You are in our thoughts and prayers.

Beverly Spevak was a sweet and welcoming woman. I remember when she babysat for my brand new baby when I went to a wedding in Chicago. She made me extremely comfortable leaving him and made me feel like the best mom in the world. What a wonderfully kind woman! Jean Meersman
