Bruno Roti Obituary

Bruno Francis Roti, age 87, lifelong resident of Rogers Park in Chicago, loving son of the late Salvatore "Sam" and Theresa (Salerno) Roti, beloved husband of Marie nee Bornhofen, loving father of Tony (Karen) and Michael (Sharon) Roti, Tracey (Greg) Wagner, Mary Ann, Tim (Beth), Dan (Lisa), and Bruno (Martha) Roti, cherished "Bampa" of 20 grandchildren and 8 great-grandchildren. Fondest brother of Frank "Chico" (Ruth) and Tom (Donna) Roti and the late Bruno, Mary Ann, and Sammy Roti. Due to Covid, a private family funeral Mass will be celebrated on Saturday, Dec. 26th at 11:00am at St. Ignatius Church, Internment Private. A celebration of his life for the many family and friends will be planned for the summer of 2021. In lieu of flowers, contributions to Bruno's beloved Misericordia Home, 6300 N. My Dearest Marie and your entire family,
My family and I send our prayers and condolences. I have so many wonderful memories of Bruno & you! The kids and I even remember all the Bridge games fondly as well. He was such a special one of a kind gentlemen.

Dear Marie and family, So v ery sorry to learn of Bruno's passing. I send prayers and condolences. He loved life and so did Jack, and they both loved to tease each other. All those reunions at Loyola Academy and Hackneys. They had such fun together. Many wonderful times with you and Bruno. I will remember him as a sweet and gracious man.
