Christ G. Demos, born in Nestani, Greece. Beloved husband of Aikaterini. Loving father of Trina (Jamie) McRae, Frances (Danny) Carini and Stavros (Eugenia Bampali) Demos. Devoted son of the late George and Katerina. Proud grandfather of Chris, Maria and Will. Dear brother of Louie (the late Eleni) Demos and the late Dino, the late Jimmy (Christine) and the late Eleni Roumbos. Fond uncle of George (Barbara) Demos, Karla Demos, Georgia Roumbos, Katarina Roumbos, George (Virginia) Demos, Tom (Marina) Demos, Katerina Demos and Kosti Demos. Christ will proudly be remembered for his continued dedication and commitment as a founder of the Greek American restaurant association. Christ will be remembered fondly for the pride he took in hosting and entertaining his patrons as a dedicated restauranteur. Family and friends will meet Thursday morning at Assumption Greek Orthodox Church 601 S. Central Avenue Chicago, IL 60644 for visitation from 10:30am until time of funeral service at 11:00am. Interment private. Kindly omit flowers. Memorial donations may be made to the Demos family in care of Nestani Elementary School in Greece. Arrangements by JOHN G. ADINAMIS FUNERAL DIRECTOR, LTD.
