Clarence J. Beranek, age 92, of Cicero. U.S. Army Air Force WWII Veteran. Beloved husband of the late Charlotte J., nee Sipek; loving father of Bob; dearest son of the late Jennie Stelter, cherished grandfather of Eric Beranek, Ryan (Kim) Beranek, Nicole (Mark) Mitchell and great-grandfather of Marissa, Bradley and Zachary Beranek and Ryan, Carter and Jesse Mitchell; dear brother of Eugene (late June), Patricia (Steven) Waltz, late Edward (late Betty), late Harold (Virginia), late Raymond (late Stella) and the late Norman Stelter. Funeral Thursday, August 4, 9:15 a.m., from Joseph Nosek & Sons Funeral Home, 6716 W. 16th St., Berwyn to Mary Queen of Heaven Church, Mass 10 a.m. Interment with Military Honors 2:30 p.m., at Abraham Lincoln National Cemetery. I am so sorry for your loss.I am not sure you ever knew this while i was your Mom and Dad`s mailman on 25th pl for so many years i actually met your Dad the first day i started in the post office on 10/21/70.I was trained by a carrier on route 315 and your dad was on route 306 the next route over.we go back a long time.Your mom and dad were always so good to me.I had a lot of good conversations with your Dad over the years and i will miss him.I did not find out about his passing until after the funeral or else i would have came to pay my last respects.Sincerely,dennis hallberg

Dear Bob.... I am so sorry to hear about your father passing away. I loved Uncle Clary so much as you know. He will be missed. Wish I could be there for you and everyone. Please know you and your family are in my thoughts and prayers thru this hard time.
