David McKee Obituary
David attended University of Oklahoma, home of his beloved Sooners football program, where he entered and exited as a Top Ten member of his class. Upon graduating Phi Beta Kappa and a University Scholar, David earned his Juris Doctorate cum laude at Harvard Law School.
He met and married Diane in Chicago, where he began his professional career at Sidley and Austin. After 22 fulfilling years at Baxter Healthcare, David retired as a Corporate Officer and Deputy General Counsel. Post-retirement David and Diane travelled the world together, and he especially enjoyed annual vacations with their daughter and grandsons. David loved his family and friends, and cherished the time spent together.
A Memorial Service will be held on Friday, January 28 at 3 p.m. at Christ Church, 100 N. Waukegan Rd., Lake Forest, IL 60045. Memorial gifts may be donated in memory of David McKee in support of the Sooner Heritage Scholarship: giving.oufoundation.org; or via mail, made out to "OU Foundation", The University of Oklahoma Foundation, PO Box 258856, Oklahoma City, OK 73125.
