David Tapper Obituary
David graduated from Deerfield High School in 2009. He studied Anthropology at the University of Vermont, earning his Bachelor of Arts in 2013.
From guiding tours in Southeast Asia to training sled dogs in Alaska, David led a life of adventure. His free spirit rendered him an avid traveler, spreading his light and contagious laughter around the world.
A memorial service for David will take place at Heller Nature Center in Highland Park, IL on February 22, 2020 at 9:30 a.m. A Celebration of Life will follow at 2124 Tennyson Lane in Highland Park.

Lost contact with Dave after his job at coyote logistics,. Never have I ever met such an amazing human being
Mike and I just found out of your families loss.... We too lost our daughter Ciara... He always remembered the date of our loss and sent us such beautiful messages.

We adored David from the first time Kevin brought him to our home when they were 8 years old. We were always amazed at his innate sense of adventure...always curious and fearless, outgoing, a true gentleman as we tracked his travels and celebrated when he dropped in to see us when he visited in Deerfield. Loved by all, he set the bar high. He will be dearly missed. ❤
