My Favorite and Forever loving, caring, gracious, intelligent teacher. My inspiration. She was a huge part of my childhood. 1st grade all the way till 4th.
Love you
10 years later learning this and am heartbroken. My deepest sorrows to the entire family. She was simply amazing.

I was very saddened to have read in the newspaper of the passing of my favorite teacher Mrs. Cebula. She taught me both 3rd & 4th grade during the 1974 and 1975 school years at Transfiguration. It was her kind, compassionate and firm, yet fair teaching style that inspired me to become a teacher. I taught at Trans for 13 years and am currently at St. Matthias. After 16 years of teaching I can only hope that I am making the kind of impact on my students that Mrs. Cebula had on me. I'm sorry I never had the opportunity to thank her and to tell her what a truly special person she was and just how important her short presence in my life was. I've thought of her often and never knew she was still so close in the area.

My thoughts and prayers are with you and may you take comfort in knowing what an incredible teacher she was. I am forever grateful for the opportunity to have been one of her students. May God bless you and comfort you during this sad time.
