I am just in utter shock to hear this most heart-breaking news.... Diane, my former UIC OVCR Co-worker made my schleps to the 3rd floor the highlight of my day! I will miss her comments on my cats and grandchildren's photos on Facebook. Rest well, my friend.....

I was sad to here of Diane's passing. My heart goes out to Micheal Orlando Her Loving companion. To his Family and Hers. My deepest condolences. Diane was a fun and loving person. I know she will be missed

Gone too soon. My condolences to her family and friends. Diane and I worked together at UIC from 1989 until her retirement. Her thoughtfulness, humor, and ever-present smile were appreciated by all. Rest in peace, my friend.

I am so sad to hear of Diane passing away! Diane was my previous boss and I will never be able to thank her enough for everything she did for me! This is painful. I will pray for her loving mom (whom Diane always showed us pictures), for her sisters, her nephews and nieces, and her loving Mike! My condolences to all of you and hope you know how much Diane loved every single one of you and her beautiful cats. My phrase to her: hey boss!

I am so sorry to hear of Diane's passing. A wonderful friend and colleague. She was so full of life and made UIC and OVCR a joy! I loved having adjoining offices. We shared so many six degrees of separation experiences we felt related. God bless you Diane and God bless your dear Mom and family.
