Jaron (See-Tow) Armiger, 28, of Grayslake, IL, passed away on March 16, 2026. A beloved son, friend, nephew, and cousin, Jaron brought quiet kindness, thoughtfulness, and creativity into the lives of those who knew him. He was born on March 23, 1997 in Waukegan, IL to Joseph and Yoek Lin (See-Tow) Armiger.
His passing has left a deep ache in the hearts of his parents, his family, his friends, and many others whose lives he touched in ways he may never have fully realized. Jaron was gentle in a world that isn’t always kind. His brilliant mind shaped how he saw the world, and he shared that perspective through his art.
Those closest to him knew his loyalty, his thoughtfulness, and the way he showed up for the people he cared about, even when he was struggling himself. He carried more than he ever let on, yet still found ways to make others feel lighter.
Jaron’s path in life was not straightforward, but he faced it with quiet courage. Without the advantages many take for granted, he worked harder than most to open doors, and he never stopped striving, caring, or dreaming. His recent job offer at a start-up meant so much to him, representing validation, hope, and a meaningful new beginning. He was proud of this step, and his family was proud to see him reaching toward the future he deserved.
His life was far too short, but it was filled with sincerity, intense creativity, and an abundance of love. Those who knew him will remember not the hardships he faced, but the kindness he gave, the effort he put into living a life filled with meaning and the gentle soul he was.
He is survived by his parents and extended family, who will forever hold him close in their hearts. May he rest in peace, and may those who loved him find comfort in the memory of his tender spirit.
