Jakubowski, age 68, beloved son of the late Julius and Caroline; loving brother of Carol (James) Smith and the late Julius (Patricia) Jakubowski Jr.; dear "Uncle Donald" of Brenda (Cliff) Pratt, James Smith Jr., Dawn (Tom) Scianna, Chad Smith, Misty Smith (Joel Stark), Julius Jakubowski III, Rhonda Jakubowski, Patrick Jakubowski and the late Nicole (Ronald) Whalen; fond granduncle of 11 and great-granduncle of one; special friend of Pat Nawrocki and Frank Moravec. Employee of St. Rita of Cascia H.S. Maintenance Dept. Visitation Thursday 2 to 9 p.m. Funeral Friday, 9:15 a.m. from the Brady-Gill Funeral Home (Heeney-Laughlin Directors), 2929 W. 87th St., Evergreen Park, to St. Rita of Cascia Shrine Chapel.
