William (Amy), James (Laura) and Mary Kathryn (David) Lane; fond grandmother of Ross and Justin Barnowski, Meredith and Andrew Lane, Allyse and Jenna Barnowski and Benjamin Barnowski; sister of the late Edward Vella and the late Muriel (Richard) Lewand. Visitation Wednesday, 3 to 9 p.m. at Smith-Corcoran Funeral Home, 185 E. Northwest Hwy., Palatine.
