We were so surprised to hear about the passing of Eddie. We go back many years - back to the Gold Cadillac. We had so many good times and parties.
He will be missed by all his friends.
He always had a big heart.
We send our sympathy to all his loved ones.

Eddie has taught me about what a father is. It might not mean you have the same last name or even the same DNA. A father is someone who loves you no matter what. A father is someone who is there for you in good times and bad. A father is caring and giving. Eddie was all of these things and more. He was my father and always will be. I will miss with all my heart and he will always be with me.

That was the worst part for me also, it makes you feel as if there is no God, because if there was than how and why could he have let such a wonderful man
Leave his family and friends so soon. Yes in time, the pain and loss will ease, but right now it seems too much to bear. All that I can hope for you
And your family is that you will find the strength to make it thru this difficult time and try to remember that your father is in heaven now and in heaven
There is no pain or sorrow. He wishes that he didn’t have to leave you, he fought long and hard, but obviously God needed another Angel. When you go
to bed each night look up in the sky and the brightest star you see in the sky will be your father shining his love to you and your family and watching over you.
One Day you will see your father again, but for now hold all your memories of him close to your heart and try to remember how lucky you were to have had
such a wonderful and loving father for as long as you did. I will keep you and your family in my prayers and pray that God gives you the strength to make
it thru this and one day you all will be able to smile when you think of him instead of cry. God Bless.
This was written to me about my dad from one of the girls at work. It kept me strong on my first day back.

Dearest Vicki,
I loved Eddie for the great person he was but more so because he loved you. You both always made me and my family feel so welcome in your home. Eddie will be greatly missed, but he and Nick are probably B-S ing about us right now.
All my love, your baby sister,
Judi
