Eleanore D. Smetana, 82, of Brussels, Door County, WI, formerly of Berwyn, died Sept. 3, 2007. She was born Dec. 9, 1924 in Chicago to James and Rose (Bartick) Mares. Dear wife of the late Raymond Smetana; mother to Michael (Audrey) Smetana of Countryside and George Smetana of Fort Meyers, FL; grandmother of six; and great-grandmother to nine; many nieces and nephews.
