Eugene F. Powers, age 91, beloved husband of Marilyn (nee Maschek); loving father of Peggy Myren, Debbie (Matt) Quinn, Mary (John) Hobert, Eugene (Becky) Powers, Annie (Mike) Gruber and the late Kathleen Cecil; dear father-in-law of Larry Cecil; cherished grandfather of Jenna and Connor Cecil, Michael (Jen), Emily, Annie and Kevin Myren, Ryan (Mary Kate) Markmann and Billy Quinn, Brian, Amanda, Jack and Colin Hobert, Mary, Avery and Michael Gruber and Logan Powers; dearest great grandfather of Tanner Markmann. Gene was a proud Mount Carmel High School 1949 graduate and longtime member of Ridge Country Club. Visitation Thursday 3-8 P.M. Funeral Friday 10:30 A.M. from Lawn Funeral Home 7732 W. 159th St. Orland Park to St. Christina Church Mass 11:30 A.M. Interment Private.
