Florence Citterman, age 90, was born in Chicago, the daughter of Louis and Etta Packer. She exemplified "A Women of Valor" in her life, caring for her family, standing by her friends and helping in her community through PTA, B'nia B'rith and various volunteer associations. She was preceded in death by her beloved husband of 63 years, Marvin Citterman. Florence is survived by her children Louis (Sheri) Citterman and Judy (Dr. Ronald) Blumenfeld. She was a wonderful grandmother to her five grandsons, David (Lorraine) Citterman, Dr. Scott (Mandy) Blumenfeld, Dr. Daniel (Michelle) Blumenfeld, Alan (Kris) Citterman and Robert (Melanie) Blumenfeld. Florence was an adoring aunt to her many nieces and nephews. Florence had time to enjoy her 11 great-grandchildren, Jake, Zoe, Jessica and Abigail Citterman and Callie, Hannah, Lauren, Abby, Molly, Ethan and Darilyn Blumenfeld. Florence was living in El Paso, Texas at the end of her life. Funeral services Friday 2 p.m. at the Piser Chapel, 9200 Skokie Blvd., (at Church), Skokie. Interment Memorial Park Cemetery.
