Francis Michael Nugent, age 55, of Naperville, IL died January 22, 2014 at Edward Hospital. He was born May 25, 1958 in Joliet, IL. Francis was a graduate of Northern Illinois University, Class of 1981 with a B.S. Degree in Finance. He was the founder and President of Clover Financial Group, and active in his industry since 1981. Francis was a member of Holy Spirit Catholic Community. He was a member of the singing group Christal Heart and a grateful friend of Bill Wilson. He loved to read, golf and to be with his wife and his children. He is survived by his wife Dr. Patricia O'Donnell Nugent his children Declan, Pierce, Niamh and Aoife. His brother Raymond (the Late Cheri) Nugent of Manhattan, IL, sister Mary Kay Nugent of Manhattan, IL. His Niece Anna and nephews Ryan, RJ, Kevin, John, Brendan, David, Patrick and Kevin. Loving in-laws, aunts, uncles and cousins. He was preceded in death by his parents Raymond and Kathleen Nugent. A visitation will be held Monday, January 27, 2014 from 3:00 P.M. to 8:00 P.M. at the Beidelman-Kunsch Funeral Home and Crematory, 24021 Royal Worlington Dr. Naperville, IL. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held Tuesday , January 28, 2014 at 10:30 at Holy Spirit Catholic Church, 2001 Hassert Blvd. Naperville, IL. Memorials to theChildren's Education Fund. Mick's voice reflected such love and pride regarding his children, his laugh was very hearty and beautiful, and he called Patti everyday at work. When he would stop by the office, Mick's face would just glow with the love and devotion he had for her. There is a terrible void now in this sometimes "not so friendly" world, but mostly he will be forever sorely missed and fondly remembered by Patti,the children, and all who were fortunate enough to know him.
