Kandalec, Army WWII Veteran, beloved husband of the late Virginia; loving father of Donald (Patricia), the late Frank Jr. and Linda; dear brother of Helen Bohenek; devoted friend of Lorraine Moskal and Lynda and Shawn Finnan; also many nieces, nephews and friends. Preceded in death by six brothers and sisters. Funeral Saturday 9:15 a.m. from Modell Funeral Home, 12641 W. 143rd St., Homer Glen, to Our Mother of Good Counsel Church. Mass 10 a.m. Interment Resurrection Cemetery. Visitation Friday 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. 708-301-3595.
