I think of Frank and Joan very often and miss them very much. We were neighbors, dear friends, and colleagues for more than 50 years. Frank was a
great surgeon scientist, but an even better person- kind, loving, thoughtful and generous in every way.
May their memories always be a blessing.

Catherine Elizabeth and William. Your Dad told me when they were in SanFrancisco that they had no furniture and do Catherine and Elizabeth slept in drawers. When my daughter was 6 mos old we flew to Florida on Christmas Day. So following you Dads advice I put Cristin in
the bathtub. It worked great! Your Dad was so smart.
And, William/ Willie your parents were so worried about you but now you are fine.
Both of your parents are missed.
Marguerite Neu will be able to tell you much more about your childhood.

Please accept our sincere condolences on Frank's passing. We came to know him several years ago; he performed 3 kidney transplants to family members. He was a brilliant doctor, a skilled and gifted surgeon, and above all, a caring person that treated both the physical and emotional roller-coaster of the Gift of Life. My family and I will be ever grateful that Frank Stuart was there for us for so many years. I pray you will take comfort in knowing, as I know you all do, how many lives he touched, how many patients got a new lease on life because of Frank. We will keep him, and all in his family, in our prayers every day.
