George Weick Obituary
George Allan Weick, 83, longtime resident of Westchester, IL, passed away peacefully into the arms of Jesus on June 8, 2015. Preceded in death by his parents, George T. and Edna, his parents-in-law Milton and Grace Barth, his loving wife, Lorraine (nee Barth), his brother Robert W., and his precious son and daughter-in-law, David and Karen. Loving Dad of Cindy and Jeff Krause, Bonnie and Wayne Smith, and Eric and Candace Weick. Proud Grandpa of Jonathan, Hannah, Esther, Rachel, Jessica (Maurice), Joanna, Angela, Daniel, Tyler, Kayla, Ashley, Anniston, Monica, Nicole, AJ, Naomi, Grace, ElliAnna, Michala, Ryan, and Kalia. Beloved uncle & cousin to many. Kind friend to many, including his church and Ercoupe circles. Family and Friends may visit Sunday, June, 28, starting at 5:30 PM at Faith EUM Church, 111 West North Ave., Elmhurst, IL, 60126 (North and York Roads). A Memorial Service will begin at 6:30 PM with the Rev. Jason Turner officiating. Interment private. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations to Faith EUMC or EAA Young Eagles (www.eaa.org) would be appreciated.To plant trees in memory, please visit the Sympathy Store.

I am sorry that I could not be with you today. I am thinking about you and remembering all the good times we had together. I was a member of their wedding party and always looked forward to our family gatherings together. Love you all, Marian Schaefer.

I am extending my deepest sympathy to the family. George and his wife Lorraine played a very important part in the preservation of the two room school house that now sits on Constitution Drive just west of Wolf Road in Westchester.
