Georgios Palaskonis, beloved husband of Nikolitsa, (nee Tsambas); loving father of Georgia (Konstantinos) Stamatis, Mary and Dimitra Palaskonis; proud Papou of Panagiotis and Georgios Stamatis; dear brother of Konstantinos (Eleni) and Athanasios (Maria) Palaskonis in Greece. Visitation Thursday, from 4 to 9 p.m., at Smith-Corcoran Funeral Home, 6150 N. Cicero Ave. Family and friends will meet Friday morning, at St. Demetrios Greek Orthodox Church, 2727 W. Winona St., Chicago for funeral service at 10:30 a.m. Interment Elmwood Cemetery. Arrangements by JOHN G. ADINAMIS FUNERAL DIRECTOR, LTD. 773-736-3833

to get through these tough times ahead. My prayers are with the family.
George Palaskonis was a beautiful person who always made me feel welcomed. I will treasure the time I was lucky to have spent talking with him. He will always hold a special place in my heart.
