Harry Sander Tichnor

Harry Sander Tichnor, 88, passed away peacefully on June 11, 2023, at Cedar Lake Assisted Living in Lake Zurich, IL. He was born on October 30, 1934, in Los Angeles, CA, to Arnold and Betty Tichnor. Harry is survived by his daughters, Linda (Bruce) Bartolucci, Laura Barnes, and Melissa Tichnor; sister, Marilyn Neiman; grandchildren, Taryn Bartolucci, Jay Bartolucci, Jake Barnes, and Haley Barnes. He was preceded in death by his parents and his beloved wife, Patricia "Pat" Tichnor. Harry spent his career in outdoor advertising, starting with Foster and Kleiser where he sold billboard space in Seattle, WA, and Los Angeles, CA. Later, he moved his family to Barrington, IL in 1980, where he worked for Leo Burnett until his retirement in 1997. Harry was an avid fan of the Dodgers baseball team and always kept up with his USC Trojan football team in the fall. A private memorial will be held for immediate family members only.
