Helen was a beautiful human. Her love for music, family, and SAI were apparent in every interaction. She was a warm welcoming and generous woman and I´m a better person for knowing her.
With love in SAI,

What a lovely lady! Helen was a cherished friend for over forty years, and we shared interests in and love of family, faith, music, old movies, jewelry, shopping, meeting for lunch, current events, and more. Her loving and loyal friendship will live in my heart forever. Condolences and love to Helen´s family. Patsy Bell

My love goes out to all who knew Helen. I will miss the impromptu calls and chats about SAI, but remember fondly just how proud she was of her family and friends. Every meeting we attended together she would brag about the accomplishments of her children and grandchildren. May she rest in peace and comfort.

I've known Eleni since I was a little boy growing up in Wilmette. She was very, very, instrumental in "lighting the musical fire" in my soul as a young boy. After 68 years, I still can see Helen's hand keeping us on beat, and her animation in her face, as she led me and many of my fellow Greek students in The musicals at St Peter and Paul Greek Orthodox Church, while her right hand was playing the organ for the music! The countless hours that we worked together on all the Christmas pageants and Easter musicals were because of her unyielding
love to deliver the best musical product every time. Her skillful enthusiasm was infectious to me and led me to continue my love of musica. Even now, she still has played an important role in the musical instrument I use now! When I graduated college, I became the families insurance agent and every time I came over to do some business, I would be greeted by Helen with a hug and a, "I'll get George for you" because she was tutoring some child even in her later years. When you talk about a woman's love language and passion, music was Helen's. I was so blessed to have her grace me with her musical skill that has lasted all these years! I can't even think of how many people she" lit the same musical fire" in their souls like she did to mine. It's not May her memory, but ALWAYS WILL her memory be eternal with me..
