Howard Minsky Obituary

Howard Minsky passed away peacefully on January 20, 2018 after a courageous battle with pancreatic cancer. Howard was born on June 23, 1942 in Chicago IL, son of Katie and Morris Minsky. He was founder and president of Assurance Heating and Air Conditioning for 37 years. Howard is survived by his daughters, Jodi Minsky, Debbie (Doug) Kelly, his grandsons, Tyler and Ryan, his sister Beverly and niece and nephew, Cheryl and Harvey. Howard was beloved by all who knew him. Service Tuesday 2PM at Chicago Jewish Funerals, 195 N. Buffalo Grove Road (One block north of Lake Cook Road) Buffalo Grove. Interment Shalom. Shiva will take place at Assurance Heating and Air Conditioning, 760 Hastings Drive, Buffalo Grove, IL 60089, Immediately following the interment until 9PM and Wednesday from 4PM - 8:30PM. Howard too young too leave family and friends. I've know as a true friend too see you pass away so early in life. Not just as friend but more like a brother. We didn't see that much of each other as it's been over 10 years since i relocated but u know i always caught up with u when i came too Chicago or your came here too south Florida catch up on golf or tennis. Howard you will be missed. I will miss our exercise sessions, our discussions on sports, and you asking how my family is doing.
