I worked with Dr Woolf in surgery and chose him as my OB because of the way he treated his patients. He delivered my two sons in 1982 and 1985 and held my hand through a bout of kidney stones during my first pregnancy. There was no other man or physician like him. Honey set the tone for the office which was always warm, welcoming and more like visiting relatives than going to the doctor's office. I miss them both

Dr. Woolf delivered my 3 children (1982, 1984 and 1987). He was a wonderful doctor with a delightful sense of humor. I'll remember him fondly and gratefully. My condolences to his family.

My husband and I met Doc at The Park and we became fast friends. He was a very special person who appeared to be the kind of a Doctor that would always be there for his patients. He helped me solve medical concerns I had for my huband's medical condition. I so enjoyed meeting several family members and "Doc" meeting our friends and family. He will be so missed by us. Our sincere condolences to his family and friends.Jane Sawyer

Dr. Woolf delivered our son, Eric, on April 5, l957 and our twin daughters, Lisa and Randi, on Nov. 11, l959. He was a real mensch! When he delivered the twins he immediately said: "two for the price of one". He was a friend of my sister and brother-in-law, Lorraine and Al Weiner. They visited him at the Park. Sincere condolences, Marilyn and Yale Kaplan, Wilmette, IL

Jeanne Babbitt and her family recall wonderful times too numerous to count with Honey & Howard and "the Doctors Group". May Howard's memory be for a blessing--such a wonderful person.

Dear Woolf family,
An outstanding man in his profession who brought such happiness in his careful care and guidance for his patients. Dr Woolf delivered so many babies in our family in the late 50's and 60's and became our friend during that time. We are deeply saddened to hear of his passing and know that the wonderful memories will forever be smiled upon when he is in his special place in heaven for an honorable, kind, patient and dedicated doctor.

He was full of life each and everyday of his life. He made a lot of people happy in this world. He was always telling jokes and looking for a new audience. He had many friends at The Park at Vernon Hills. He will be truly missed. ~~Sincerely yours Sherry Marla Kantar

Our son, Jordan just celebrated his 32nd birthday. He was born on the first night of Passover (March 31, 1980). Dr. Woolf delivered him. We will never forget him telling us that he was having 32 people over to the house for Seder that night so the baby had to arrive soon. I was in the hospital at 9AM and Jordan was born at 5:06 PM. Dr. Woolf was able to celebrate Passover with his family and we were able to celebrate the birth of our first child. We tell this very special story every Passover and will always remember this wonderful man. Our deepest sympathy to the family on your loss.
