Irene C. Gajda, age 95. Beloved wife of the late Mitchell Gajda; loving mother of Ronald (Joan) Edwards and Charles (Maggie) Gawronski; loving grandmother of Ronald Jr., Mark, Michael, Todd, Liz and Matthew; dear great-grandmother of Ashley, Alicia, Sydney, Rachel, Ethan, Jack, James, Sam and Jessica; dear sister of late Harry Glowinski. Mrs. Gajda was a member of the Polish National Alliance and the Philharmonia Choir for many years. Visitation will be from 2 to 9 p.m. Sunday at Ahlgrim & Sons Funeral and Cremation Services, 330 W. Golf Road, Schaumburg. Services will be held at 10:30 a.m. Monday, at the Devonshire, 1515 N. Barrington Road, Hoffman Estates. Interment Maryhill Cemetery. Info 847-882-5580.
