Jack R. Decker, beloved husband of Marilyn, nee Hofbauer; dear father of Kathryn (Keith) Puetz and Carolyn (Jon) Taylor; loving grandfather of Jake Ulane; fond brother of Rose Smith. Visitation Monday, 3 to 8 p.m., at the Meadows Funeral Home, 3615 Kirchoff Rd., Rolling Meadows, where services will be held Tuesday, 10:30 a.m. Interment Memory Gardens Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society, 847-253-0224. To plant trees in memory, please visit the Sympathy Store.
